About Fit Balance

Welcome to my webite!


 I am Stephanie Johnston, owner and operator of FitBalance. A little background about how FitBalance came to be. After leaving high level sales jobs to raise my kids, I found myself wanting to create a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition while pivoting constantly as a stay at home parent and wife to a blue collar man on the road. 


I've always enjoyed working out, I wasn't the most athletically gifted but I sure do love moving my body and seeing what it can accomplish. My fitness mindset has changed over the years from initially wanting to use fitness as a way to stay skinny and lose weight to using it as a tool to build a strong and capable body, one that will carry me well into my elder years!


My goal is to help individuals accomplish what they think is out of reach, whether that's feeling strong and confident in their bodies at ANY age or stage of life to someone simply wanting to create a balanced fitness routine that they can make a life long commitment to, no goal is too out of reach!
